Creating your own stories with us

After learning mid-Autumn Festival vocabulary, one of our students created a story about a  mooncake-man,  starfruit-man and  pomelo-man. They were so hungry  that they went to the moon  to look for food. Two lanterns led them to a jade rabbit  magician, who made many delicious foods.  Let’s watch whether you can find your favourite food too. 

 If your children have known many words but can’t speak in sentences yet, you can  try asking them and  helping them to  make sentences with the words they already knew. Let them use their imagination and different ideas.  After a few tries, you would be surprised by not only they can speak in sentences, but also can be very creative.
